OK, so the title of this entry is a double-meaning. It's the end of the season, and it's incredibly windy. The wind has been so unrelenting, it ripped the U.S. flag apart on the flagpole, broke the cable clips on the flag, and the flag flipped around like a rag for three days before we could get it down. It's snowed a couple of times, but it doesn't stick around long at our elevation (4500').
Saturday's my last day in the park - I'm still not sure how check-out is going to work with all the people I need to check out with won't be on duty Sunday morning - and I'll be on my way to Theodore Roosevelt NP on Sunday.
